Have you ever regretted breaking up with your ex and tried to get him back?

I guess it’s true, you never know what you have until it’s gone. But I’m curious to know what other women have regretted letting go of their Lover and actually tried to get him back. Did it work? Was he happy you came back?

I’m not a woman but I do know how it feels to me when I tried to go back it was a reminder of why I left in the first place I feel like I missed the little things and forgot about the important ones and overall it wasn’t worth it look forward the future holds better things

Regret can be over the familiarity lost and not the loss of the actual person

As you get older, you realize that life and people are very complicated. I've left him a few times and he's always chased after me. We've had to compromise to make things work. It's not who's there when it's easy... It's who stays when it's hard.

I was on the other end where my s/o cut it off with me because he thought I was keeping him from doing things and he wanted to “live the college life” but wanted to stay friends. We got back together around 2 weeks later and worked everything out once he realized he was being kind of immature and it’s all been perfect since. I do think it would different if he had been out messing around with girls and all that but it’s definitely possible to work things out and get back together

Me and my ex were in an on again off again relationships. He was toxic, manipulative, he cheated and lied. Finally about a year ago I told him I’m done. 9 days later I started taking to my current boyfriend, he is loving and caring, he’s never hurt and always makes sure I know he loves me because he knew the bullshit the other guy put my through. So a big hell no to that.

Never. If I break up with someone, its after a long period of time doubting the relationship and trying everything i could to help make things work.
