I live in an apartment complex and there’s this little boy who is ALWAYS crying , he cries for hours and I never hear his mom trying to calm him down. Yes, he’s annoying but i just shut my window so I won’t have to hear it.

I overheard a convo downstairs by my neighbor & she wants to ask the apartment manager if the little boy is mentally disabled. She also mentioned that she started banging on the fire extinguisher box (right outside their window), to see if the little boy would shutup. Personally, I think it’s none of her business & super petty that she did this as a 60 year old woman.

I understand she has a right to feel this way but to want to get into something she has no business in is super inappropriate. What would you all do?
