If you tried hanging out with your best friend and got blown off every time, even got told “in two weeks cause I work late everyday” (late is til 7:30, we have the same job just different stores and it closes at 7) would you still ask her to be your bridesmaid?

Every time I ask A to hang out, I get blown off by her being “tired”. I get she’s tired, but all I wanna do is sit down and drink wine and watch a movie. I mean, I try to make time from my mom life to hang out with her. At this point I don’t think I should ask her to be my BM, I can’t trust she’ll show.

She never texted me today to go over. In my defense I texted her and set it up, she should’ve texted me to go over, I don’t wanna keep asking to go to someone’s house if they don’t want me there, ya know?

Am I crazy?

Her boyfriend is my boss and I ask him almost everyday if she’s ready to hang out and he just says “whenever she’s not tired, she doesn’t even want to do anything at home”.
