Someone send HELP! 🤧🤧

I have a back to back sinus infection. First one I didnt go to the doctors bc of work. This one I may go. My first one went away on it's own but now this one is so much worse. I work at a child care center in our infant/toddler room. They're constantly sick. I'm new there so I cant call off. But i dont want to get sick all the time. I drink a vitamin C drink twice a day and constantly wash my hands and use hand sanitizer and I'm still sick. Idk what to do 😭😭😭😭🤧🤧🤧🤧 I cant sleep bc I keep hacking and cant breathe. Someone SEND HELP!
