Breastfeeding mummies

Does anyone exclusively pump one breast and exclusively feed from the other, so only feed baby from one breast and pump the other one not necessarily when baby is feeding but whenever you can? I'm wanting to start pumping so hubby can feed but I'm struggling to find the time as it seems like baby is always attached to me and quite frankly it's easier to just put him to the boob, I'm just curious how all you other mummies do it, any advice or stories welcome! Thank you
