Sleeping tablets?

I’ve been on Zopiclone for insomnia for years but obviously now I’m pregnant I’ve stopped taking it. Are there any safe alternatives? I’m struggling so bad 😩

Insomnia is awful .. I am so sympathetic. The things that helped me a bit but obviously didn't knock me out like a pill was not using the laptop or phone for an hour before bed, and having a routine of shower and camomile tea...as I said doesn't cure but helps a bit.

U will need to see the doctor. I got all my meds stripped back to the basics and the ones I defo needed they replaced with safer ones.
