Struggling with PCOS

Hi Ladies! I received news this year that I have PCOS. My husband and I have been TTC for 5 months. I have been told that getting pregnant naturally (without any hormones, treatment, etc.) is very very difficult. Do any of you PCOS Sisters have success stories of getting pregnant naturally and if so how did you cope and what worked for you? I know we have a long road ahead but I'm really struggling. We've been married for 4 years, we're both 31 yrs old and wanted to wait until our careers took off before we tried. I wish I found out about PCOS sooner! I'm afraid we may have waited too long.
