Okay please help

Okay so my husband and I decided to go back on birth control short term. I was on it not even a month. I took it our right on my fertile window. Now I started spotting. Dark red blood. And it's just spotting. No cramps. Which is weird it usually takes a week to start after I take it out. Could I be pregnant?
