Had a membrane sweep done 3 days ago and had cramping/spotting for about 12 hours after, then it went away. Last night, I had a lot of wetness and lost what I believe is either bloody show or mucus plug.

I lost my mucus plug around 37 weeks as well, it was a lot, and it was completely white/clear with no tint of brown.

This is from this morning (looks like what I lost last night, just not as much) so is it just even more of my mucus plug or bloody show?

This was accompanied by cramping (today and last night). I didn’t have cramping the first time I lost it.
