So freakin irritated

So as you can see cycle day 62 and 25 days late, I’ve had negative pregnancy tests so really thinking that’s out. I had a miscarriage back in October and then a period the end of November into the beginning of December and now this! Anybody ever dealt with something similar or have any ideas if it could be related to my miscarriage still? Sorry just really irritated with the whole thing sometimes having a vagina sucks!
