I don’t see two lines!

i am taking clomid to help induce ovulation and haven’t started my period like I should have. I have been feeling nauseous randomly and extremely tired. I took this test and my husband swears that he sees two lines. I only see one. Also considered what he seen is an evap line. This was taken 9 minutes after I took the test. Opinions?
