Please advise me xx

I got my implant out on the 14th January this month. I then bled for 3 days the 16-19th jan. My partner and I are hoping to conceive. I’ve been doing ovulation tests and do not appear to be ovulating as the tests have suggested recently. Is there a chance I could have ovulated and missed it. I’ve been incredibly tired and very emotional the last few days and suffering from twinge like cramps in my ovaries and in line with my stomach button. My breasts now feel tender and I have sensitive nipples. Could this indicate early pregnancy or nearing ovulation. I’m twenty nine and relatively healthy xx
