Advice on residence and giving birth in UK whilst In EU country...

Okay so we just found out I'm around 4 weeks pregnant. I'm currently living in Cyprus and have been for the past 2 years I really want the baby in the UK with my family there I am still registered with my doctors etc but not paying national insurance right now. Am I still able to go home as UK resident to give birth if I have my scans here has anyone experienced anything similar??

Or any contacts who would be able to help with this
