Struggled with gaining weight for so long, but here I am a little over a year later:)

Edit: I worked out at least three times a week (my main goal was to build muscle), drank homemade protein shakes, and kept my stress levels down. I started eating more things to discover what I liked and just continuously ate healthy things I liked for every meal and snacked at least 3 times a day. After I stopped working out as much and kept with the same diet, that's when the weight piled on lol
