Kidney infection. 14 weeks pregnant.

My first pregnancy went flawlessly. 14 weeks pregnant with our second and just got really sick, super weak with cold chills, pain in my back and side, and a 103° fever. Went to the ER last night. Was told I have a kidney infection. Dr said baby seemed fine, but i still can't help to worry. Taking tylenol for my fever and was given antibiotics. Hopefully will be better soon. Anyone else go through this?
