Maybe TMI, but looking for a bit of advice
Just looking for advice on making sex more comfortable during pregnancy. With my last child and again with this one, every time I have sex, it causes my hips and thighs to become extremely sore, to the point it's difficult to sleep or even walk for days afterward. I don't know if it's the position or something else, but I'd sure love any advice or tips on relieving this soreness. I do a cardio routine anywhere from 3-7 days a week, so it's not from lacking exercise. Of course, as I get further along, options for positions will become more limited so if it's due to that, it'll become even trickier. Has anyone else ever experienced this? What did you do?
