Anxiety
How do people wait until the second trimester to tell people? My boyfriend and I agreed not to say anything until then but my anxiety is sky high and feel alone not being able to talk to my sister, mom, friends, etc. I’m only 4w5d with my first and every little symptom is scaring me. I’m trying to stay calm because I know how important is but it feels like an exercise in futility.
