Pimple advice? idk where to post this

I only get pimples on my chin and around my mouth. (Like A LOT) 
Does anyone know how to avoid them? 
Please help me I'm literally desperate and insecure. (I'm 17)

Could be due to a hormone imbalance. What is your diet like?

I have issues with acne around that area too. I just use hydrogen peroxide to dry out the pimples, or Mixeasy face cleanser
