If you’ve had your wisdom teeth removed, how long did it take til you could eat whatever you wanted?

I just got mine removed this past Friday and I’m so depressed. I can’t wait til I can eat real food 😭 Feel free to comment about your experience

Probably 5 days to a week. I just wouldn’t use my molars as much

2months but that's bc I was terrified to get food stuck in my wounds 😂

I had all 4 out and I just ate soup and milkshakes for about a week then I was fine

5 or 6 days and that was with meticulous cleaning. Everyone heals differently, so just listen to your pain/discomfort. I wasn't able to take any pain meds, so I was able to feel for any changes. Good luck!

I took me more than a month. My mouth is super small so they had to really open my mouth up past my limits to do the surgery so my jaw was sore for about 4 weeks and i couldn’t open it very much to get any kind of food inside, and chewing was just not happening, it hurt way too bad. My surgeon was awesome though and when my brother had his out he was able to eat real food pretty early on. Everyone’s different

I for all 4 out at the same time. One 1 was grown. To heal took about a week, by day 4 I started to eat. I didn’t have a bad experience the first 2-3 days are tough.
