5w3d with light spotting and now Rhogam

Does anybody have experience with this? My spotting started Saturday night, only two times on Sunday and one time today. Doctor finally returned my call and had me go to the hospital to get a rhogam shot because I’m Rh-. I’m so scared that I’m not going to keep this pregnancy. I’ve heard some say that spotting is normal for some women. I’m freaking out.
