GBS Test!

So I’m 37 weeks and I just found out today through my online test results that I tested positive for GBS. What does this mean? And will it affect my csection I have scheduled at all? I have an appointment with my OB on Wednesday, I just wanted to know if any other mommas tested positive and what they were told!
