Breastfeeding while pregnant?

Has anyone continued to nurse while pregnant? My 16 month old still nurses 3-4 times a day and I’m 6 weeks pregnant and my nipples are so sensitive. I’d love to be able to continue nursing and maybe even tandem nurse when the time comes but it’s practically unbearable. Does it get better?!

I’m still breastfeeding my 19 month old once a day at night before bed. I’m 13 weeks pregnant. 
The nipple discomfort was mainly up till about 7/8 weeks for me now it’s fine (so far)

My son is 15 months and still nurses even though I’m 6 weeks pregnant! I haven’t had any discomfort so I’m following for future reference

Yes it gets better! Lol i breastfed my daughter till I went in the hospital to have my now 8 month old. Even though milk doesn't stop and turns into colostrum I believe it's called and spelled 😂 my son was born full term and healthy and still is healthy. Guess I just breastfed for comfort tbh
