At 12 weeks one of my babies had bleeding around the placenta and I was put on bed rest for a week the bleeding stop went to my 13 week appointment last Thursday did a ultrasound everything was good but today I started off just spotting brown blood then it increases and my urine was brown and I pasted a clot so now I have to go back to the emergency room and get another ultrasound done I just feel like I'm lose one of my twins or I'm doing someone wrong idk 😢😭
