Please help, I driving myself crazy!!!

So I'm on cd22 and meant to be 4 days til AF according to glow. Usually it's fairly close but this month I decided to use an OPK. Thought I was using ahead of time but came up straight away as ovulating. (Didnt really surprise me coz I was thinking maybe glow had my ovulation date later than it should be). Next day OPK reads not ovulating. Thankfully we had been having sex throughout that time anyway, and again that night. But adding this to glow then changed my period due date to earlier too by about 3 days... so its possibly not due for another 7 days...

Now over the last week iv had annoying boobs. Lol, not exactly aore but definitely uncomfortable. Not a big chested chick either. Last 2 to 3 days my nipples have been tingly on and off. I know I'm not making it up coz it happens when I'm least thinking about it. Also they are definitely a bit bigger and the veins are more obvious.

I used a dip and read hpt on 9 dpo and I know I shouldn't yet but ya know. Had a real faint coloured line. Faint enough iv stared at it for like 3 days and have convinced myself it's an evap. Also read online the dip and reads can give a false positive.

But yesterday my lower back started aching too. I dont want alcohol and I usually struggle coz i like the taste. Been tired as hell but do work a strenuous job and it's been hot. Been a bit picky with food and seem to want sweet stuff alot. Normally I go for savoury... And my nail polish smelled for so damn long, asked my husband if he could smell it still and he thought I was a weirdo lol

But FRER done this am still says BFN...

Am I mental and over analyzing? Or could I possibly be pregnant and it's still just too early....
