Hi,

I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks and 2 days on the 2nd of January. Today a letter. I had no idea what it was and opened it. It turns out it was my letter for my booking in appointment and my first scan. I was devastated when I opended it. I was shocked as I had been seen in the hospital twice regards the miscarriage and pain and complications afterwards, which I am still dealing with so I haven't even had time to process my loss. I had to ring the hospital and cancel but it just through me for the entire day.

It just out into perspective that it was a real life baby that I lost and not just an idea on my head.
