So period related but....

Basically with my period I get break outs, and I have like this HUGE PIMPLE that randomly appeared on my chin and I need soooo much help. I’m trying to like reduce the redness and make it at least flat so I can put make up over it. I’ve used triple antibiotic ointment with a bandaid, ice, etc. I tried popping it which was dumb and it was literally just fluid and I feel like I made it worse. PLEASE HELP LADIES, DROP UR BEST REMEDIES PLEASE!!!!
