Hmmmmmm

I wasn't tracking my ovulation this month, but a few days ago, I noticed I had a clear streachy cm. It lasted a couple days. I did have sex twice during my ovulation time. Now my cm is between a creamy substance and dry cm. Is there a possibility of me becoming pregnant?! P.S. the clear streachy cm happened a little over a week after my period.
