My brain is confused 🤯

So the day after my period the 24th (18th-23rd was my period) I had sharp pains on and off on my left side now tonight I'm having sharp pains on my left again I'm nauseous have been since being off my period and I'm overall confused and thought I was in tune with my body but this is really weird I wanna buy some opks but money is an issue atm and need some opinions
