Shortness of breath? 7w4d

I woke up this morning short of breath, I had to keep taking deep breaths while trying to get ready for work. I know it’s too early for baby to be pushing on lungs but wondering if it’s hormones? Anyone else experience this this early?

Apparently it’s from the excess progesterone in your body (says google, lol) because I’ve got the same.

I’m 8 weeks today and will have to stop mid sentence sometimes to take a deep breath. I hate it!

I'm 6 weeks and having the same problems. I'm already overweight but going up and down stairs at work are getting more difficult for me. I have to stop now frequently and catch my breath.
