Pulling sensation?

I’m between 5w 3d and 6w 2d (haven’t had an ultrasound yet). I had a pulling sensation in my right pelvis this morning and tonight pulling on my left pelvis. No cramping at all.. anyone else experience this or know what it could be?

Me and my doctor just discussed this at my last appointment. He told told me it’s normal to feel that. It’s just your uterus stretching for the baby.

I am 5 weeks exactly and feel something very similar! It was on the right said yesterday, and the left today. Mine is almost central to one spot though, almost like an ovulation pain. I thought maybe a cyst on my ovary, but I was weirded out when it moved to a different side!
