SECOND ULTRASOUND

Hey guys so today i went in for my second ultrasound and i saw my little baby heartbeat which was 149 according to my last period i should be 8 weeks but baby was measuring 7 weeks which is okay but the ob said she saw something else saying it could be twins ?! Anybody else have something similar
