Sores on the inside of lips?

Question

I have two roundish white sores in my mouth. One of them is between my bottom gum line and lip, and the other is on the inside of my cheek. Google has a long list of possible reasons for them such as a vitamin b12 deficiency up to a development of diabetes???? So yeah I'm terrified, but my stepmom said it's just a type of cold sore which is nothing to worry about? Has anyone else ever gotten anything similar?

Canker sore or cold sore probably, but only a doctor can tell you 100%. Google is gonna tell you you're gonna die every time you put in a symptom.

Canker sores. Aka mouth ulcers. Get some vitamin B complex, try to eat better and get more sleep.

I always say that they are vitamin deficiencies and I normally take some salt and put on it which normally dries it up.
