Im debating on leaving my job. Im due March 14th. Already been in L&D once due to preterm labor. And I just went back to work today after having the weekend on bed rest. My husband and I are lucky to have some money in savings and expecting some good money from taxes. I am a student in my last year of college, graduation in September. I was thinking about leaving my job so I could focus on my baby and getting my graduate classes done. With the stress of already going into labor once, work, and school, I think this is a logical decision. Hopefully not one just because of stress. Not to mention my leave got denied from work the paid leave. I wouldnt be able to actually leave on any kind of leave till April. I also am having surgery to get my gallbladder taken out a few weeks after baby is born. So does my decision to leave my job seem like the best one? I work retail and always on my feet, cant sit down. So Im exhausted and trying to make sure my baby stays cooking in there for longer. I just feel like school and my baby come first.
