PCOS and our body
Ladies, I was searching vitamins to take to help with low iron and vitamin D. Well to my surprise I came across this website that talks about PCOS. When I tell you I'm in love with this site it gives me hope and a new outlook on some things. I kid you not... I have not felt myself ovulate in a few years much less been able to see it. I'm able to feel myself ovulate and when I use the restroom it's all proof. I'm not trying to be too graphic. So the website says there are 11 Proven Supplements for PCOS according to Science.
1. Myo-Inositol
2. Zinc
3. Curcumin
4. Fish Oil
5. Berberine
6. Salacia Reticulata
7. Winter Cherry (Ashwagandha)
8. Saffron
9. Melatonin
10. Minoxidil
11. Probiotics
I have been taking folic acid already but after reading this article and reading up on the vitamins I went and purchased some probiotics that's good for the vaginal health as well as the digestive tract, I purchased vitex(chaste berry) and a big bottle of Myo-Inositol. If I was around my man he'd get me pregnant right now! 😂😂😘😘
