I was on the birth control shot for 6 months. I got off because it made me crazy. I knew my period would be irregular because of the hormone change. But I've been off the shot for about 5 months now and I've been getting my period for a month at a time. Should I see a doctor? And if yes, how do I tell my dad that I need to see a gynocologyst? Help!!!
