Iud embarrassment story!

So it's my second week at a big university and it's been a little less than a month since I got the paraguard iud, I just got over my first period on it and I figured it was over. I haven't had spotting or anything in 2 days so I figured I was good to go without a liner. So here I am sitting in a huge lecture hall wearing light yellow workout shorts and I start bleeding !! It leaked through my shorts and I had to walk all through the class and the halls and to the bus with a big blood stain on my shorts.
