I have broken blood vessels under my chin??

My lymph node under my chin was sore for a few days after getting over a cold. I had kept touching it to check swolleness. But now I have broken blood vessels? I feel like I wasn’t pressing hard enough to cause that. Any ideas?

so i’m 20 weeks pregnant, and have HG(severe morning sickness) so when i get sick, i get broken blood vessels ALL over my face, it’s really strange and didn’t start the until after i was getting sick at 13 weeks. it took about two days to clear up. i know you may not be pregnant but give it two days anyways and if it doesn’t go away by the 3rd id call you doctor lol
