Smear Teat Fears!
Hi ladies! I am 26 and due my first smear test, but I am absolutely terrified.
I have an incredible fear of pain and this fear is putting me off making the appointment.
I know it’s silly and it’s so important I get this done but even typing this now is making me feel sick with fear 😞
