Body temp question regarding ovulation

Hi ladies. Hopefully someone can answer my question. Tomorrow I start my tww. The first day of fertile week I woke up with a high temp which lasted for 4 days, I'm still feeling warm but not as warm as I did on the first day of my O week. Does that mean I ovulated on the first day or the day before or did I O the day after. I'm sorry I did not use opks, honestly been goin off my body and this month was the first ever to feel my body heat high. It followed with sore (tmi) nipples and around the outer parts of my boobs and I've had on and off mild cramping/pulling feeling. Just trying to determine my dpo's so I know when to test. I have a 37-41 CD so I don't start af til sept 14th according to glow :) tia!!
