So I know that everyone says your ur periods can be abnormal while you have an IUD, but now I'm worried lmao. So I got my IUD about four weeks ago and I was bleeding for almost two weeks, then all I had was spotting for two days, then nothing, then yesterday I had bad cramps and I bled lightly, now today there's nothing? I'm sexually active and we do have unprotected sex, could this be a reason? Or is this normal and I shouldn't worry?
