Hi everyone,

So I have a question. I’m trying to plan my pregnancy as best as I can around my husband’s deployments. Either way I work it, if we conceive now, he will be gone for the entire pregnancy, but be back hopefully a month before the birth and remain around until the baby is 6/7 months old OR we can wait to conceive and he will be around for the entire pregnancy but will leave shortly after the baby is born, like 2 months.

So my question is.....

What would you do?

If you had to chose between having your husband there during your pregnancy to go with you to your ultrasound appointments and share in the experience of prepping for baby

OR

Have him miss the pregnancy but be there during the birth and first few months of baby’s life.
