I know many of you know what a prenup is, but would you guys consider a postnup?!

It’s basically a layout of assets and/or alimony the spouse gets in the event of separation, and it’s done AFTER marriage.

Would you consider it if you were to become a stay at home mom? (So that you can be protected in case of divorce so that you’re not left with basically nothing).

Or What if there’s a huge income disparity/difference between the couple, and u were the one that made less?

Some states do the whole 50/50 upon divorce, but a lot of states don’t necessarily cut it down the middle. It’s more of a “fair split” but can basically be up in the air until it happens.

What are your thoughts??
