7/8 dpo symptoms

I am now 8dpo (i think), started getting low cramps in back and really low abdomen yesterday. Very uncomfortable. Have heartburn last night/today, weird dreams last night and up several times to pee. As it gets closer to af i do get up alot to pee but cramps usually start day of af. I have a 28-31 day cycle. I have attached my calendar incase it helps give any insight 😘 thank you ❤❤
