Already posted about this a few months back. Had a lap for stage 4 endometriosis in September of last year. Specialist said my tubes uterus and ovaries are 100% fine and ready for a baby (Bf sperm count is high as well)Been on letrozole 5mg every single month and always had sex when ovulating. And month after month..nothing. Anyone have any stories about convincing on letrozole or after having endo removed? Really starting to lose hope It's just not happening and I don't understand why :(
