Hi ladies! 🌻 I need some advice..

I've been staying at my boyfriend's house for nearly a month now, and me being me, I decided to go scoop around the house and also tidy up things due to my OCD. His previous girlfriend of 3 years lived with him previously and I found some pregnancy tests, sex pills, contraceptives etc and I felt quite insecure. Is this normal? Do I confront him about it? Do I ask him to throw it away or do a spring clean? A lot of her stuff is still in the house and it makes me uncomfortable, and I don't want to come off as a bitch 🙈🤷‍♀️
