What are some good prenatal vitamins

I recently found out I’m pregnant and need some help with getting my baby the right vitamins it will need. Also comment some good bras 😩 my boobs hurt to much to wear actual bras with hardly any padding.

There are a few brands of prenatals I've had but I couldn't keep them down so I went and bought gummies! They are so much better but if you really want to help out the baby as much as possible i reccomend the rainbow brand of prenatals. Its vegetarian and has a lot in it

Bras that you can remove the padding on were great for around the house when I was pregnant. Or you could even throw a hoodie on if it’s bulky.
