Reassurance and good stories from falls please?

Question

I'm only a few weeks pregnant for the first time but I slipped and fell outside 😥 I'm really worried, something doesn't feel right, but I'm travelling and it will be nearly a day before I can see a doctor.  I read a couple of past posts about falls with people sharing stories of how they / others fell and it turned out perfectly fine.  Would love to hear more of them to get me through the day. Thank you

I broke my damn foot when I was 5 weeks. Because my brothers house tried to kill me. Steps omg. That was a couple of months ago. I slid on a patch of black ice and bruised my ankle & top of my foot. (Again the stairs. I swear to god my brothers house is trying to kill me). Baby still good. Back in 2003, when I was pregnant with my oldest, slipped on ice, cracked my tailbone & had a massive bruise wrapping around the front because of a curb. He’s currently 14 & healthy. 😂 I fall so much that I’m surprised nothing bad has happened.

I tripped and fell at work at 33wks. No complications. The only time to be really worried is if you fall on your stomach in the 2/3 trimester and/or you don’t feel movement

I literally just tripped and fell the other day, 18 weeks pregnant and the baby is moving around like crazy today and is perfectly fine! Our bodies are made to protect them, get checked out if you’re worried but I’m sure you’re fine 🙂

I fell on ice durring my 3rd trimester on to my side, knee, and arm. everything was fine 🙂 
had a friend in her 2nd trimester get in a TERRIBLE car accident. broken bones, in wheelchairs for months, flown by helicopter to a hospital. baby was perfect! (and still is a year later!) 
at around 8 weeks I went on a boat and like an idiot dude some tubing behind it! laid on my tummy bounced up and down over and over faster and faster till I fell off into the water. you guessed it everything fine!

I just watched a story where a womans plane crashed in Alaska.. she was 8 weeks pregnant and ended up stuck in the plane for two days. .. she had two broken legs and was unable to move.  Both her and baby are perfectly okay! A cast or two for mamma and baby developed healthy and happy.  You have a ton of cushioning in your abdomen right now! I would not  worry !

I was 6 mo the pregnant working for a horse vet and has a mini donkey body slam me to the ground after he woke up during a surgery. 
I went in had no issues. No contractions. Has issues later on in the pregnancy which I don’t think are related. But I’m sure unless you had a really bad fall you should be fine. You are also really early on if you are only a few weeks.’when your later in the pregnancy it becomes a more increased risk.

I fell during my third trimester (seven years ago) while crossing the icy road. No complications (monitored my body and baby movement)
What hurt worse was a child ramming a cart into me while shopping (don't remember how far along I was) That gave me cramps but no complications. Mom just laughed and said "kids will be kids!" ... I about threw my cart at both her and the kid.
