Have to deal with morons, again.
Ordered our son's nursery furniture on Dec. 26th. It got shipped beginning of january, but the dresser is damaged. Contacted the retailer, who contacted the vendor, who contacted us to offer a credit. Which I declined because I paid for a fully functional dresser and I have a satisfaction warranty + a quality warranty to back me up. They say they have to replace the whole set (crib + night stand + dresser). At 7 months pregnant that does not make me happy like at all to assemble/disassemble furniture and running them up and down the stairs but whatever. Now I'm still waiting for the vendor to confirm the exchange, I have no news for over a week and when I called them no one could find our PO in their stupid system. How convenient is that. Now I'm super stressed out, nursery is not getting ready and there's a freakin dresser in the middle of my living room. I really did not need that. I feel like killing someone today 😬😡
