Has anyone experienced unexplained spotting during their second trimester? I’m 19 weeks now and had bright red spotting today. I’ve gone to get checked with my doctor, and she’s done an ultrasound showing that baby is fine. She’s basically told me everything looks good and just to wait to see if any more spotting occurs. It’s so frustrating when they can’t explain why it’s happened though. I’m praying not see any more blood and that this was just a one time thing. Was that the case for anyone?

I’ve miscarried before so the sight of blood brings back all that anxiety and fear.
