Ttc after 5 year mirena

Hello💋💋 good morning. Well I have been on mirena for 5 years. Last year in March mines came out, I was having unprotected sex all the time with my husband nothing yet. I have been having periods but very irregular I’m guessing because I was on mirena for so long. But, I’ve never been the type to have sore boobs during my cycles ever. So when my cycle started this month on the 14th, my breast are hurting like crap and it’s still hurting. I’m just 2 days past ovulation so I’m confused of what’s going on. I also have a cyst on one of my ovaries. I’m just sad feel hopeless kind of. Helpppp
